Consumer project information and cancellation form.
Vincere Web Solutions is primarily set up for business clients. Individual consumer projects are not automatically accepted and must be reviewed through a separate consumer process before any quotation can be accepted or work can begin.
Business and consumer projects are handled separately
Business-client terms do not remove or replace mandatory consumer rights. Where a client is acting as an individual consumer, additional consumer pre-contract information, cancellation information, a cancellation form and any express-start acknowledgement must be provided before acceptance or work begins.
Consumer pre-contract information, the accepted quotation, cancellation information, any express-start acknowledgement and the final contract confirmation must be provided by email, PDF or another format the consumer can save.
This page is an operational and pre-contract safeguard. It does not mean that Vincere Web Solutions automatically accepts consumer projects. Final consumer wording must be legally reviewed before publication or client signature.

Consumer pre-contract information checklist

Service description
The specific website, redesign, landing-page, maintenance, recurring support, digital service or digital-content work being supplied.
Price and taxes
Total price, VAT/tax treatment if applicable, or the exact method for calculating the price where the total cannot be known in advance.
Payment method and timing

Performance timing

Contract length
Minimum term, billing period, renewal/cancellation route and end conditions for recurring services.
Cancellation rights
Whether a 14-day cancellation right applies, how to cancel, when the right may be lost or affected and the standard cancellation form.
Costs after cancellation
Reasonable costs that may be payable if the consumer expressly requested work to begin and then cancels after work has started.
Digital content and services
What any digital content or online service does, compatibility or access assumptions, and when cancellation rights may be affected by early supply or full performance.
Communication costs
Confirm that Vincere's phone and email contact routes do not cost more than basic-rate communications, unless a project-specific route says otherwise.
Standard cancellation form
Where a consumer distance or off-premises cancellation right applies, the consumer must receive cancellation information and a standard cancellation form before being bound by the contract. The consumer can use the form but does not have to use only that form if another clear cancellation statement is provided in time.
To cancel a consumer contract, complete and return this form only if you wish to use it. You may also send any other clear statement that you wish to cancel.
