Scope, dependencies and pricing factors

Unit: eligible standard product-entry unit. One saleable catalogue record or SKU entered into the agreed shop using the existing product layout. A simple product with one SKU is one unit. Each separately priced or separately stocked variant/SKU is one unit unless a written quotation states otherwise.

Revision allowance: 1 round. One verification pass to correct data-entry mistakes against the approved supplied product data.

  • Corrections required because Vincere failed to follow the agreed brief do not use a paid revision allowance.
  • A changed brief, new audience, new direction, additional deliverable, new functionality, substantial rewriting or reversal of an approved decision is a scope change.
  • Any work outside the original scope is explained, quoted and approved in writing before chargeable work begins.
